I had done an online tgt account application and went to the store twice to collect my card but they said the system is down..... At first I thought its becouse of loadshedding but I waited the mall 4 almost 2 hours but it was still down...

Not good. Had to wait in the que for a veey long time. The second time i had been at the store was the same. Waiting period is vwry long to cash.

Ridiculous setup of the cellphones they have the glass facing the queue for the tills so if you want to view the cellphones you have to be in everyone's way
