STAYED THERE THIS YEAR IN AUGUST.Worst Stay ever.Bathrooms and sinks ABSOLUTELY DIRTY.No service.Breakfast was TERRIBLE.CANNOT UNDERSTAND THEIR RATING.DEFINITELY NOT TO STANDARD

Worst place. 2 children got stuck in the lift and they did nothing about it. They were in darkness. They were stuck for close on to an hour. The owner and the receptionist couldn’t bother. They were rude and blamed the children rather than helping getting the children out. Pathetic behavior. In humane people

Extremely disappointed with the service at AlHambra. Stayed here 2 years ago. It was lovely, Unfortunately things have changed. The sink in our bathroom was blocked, had us shift to another room with kids and luggage. Bathroom was very dirty. Unfriendly staff. The lady in the kitchen was very unfriendly .The guy at the front desk can't seem to get enough of his phone.

Could not stay for my booking last year, to date still not paid my R 2 500 deposit. No clear answers from no one, continuous empty promises. Tried to rebook,using the funds last month,only to be told management/ownership changed. Im happy for all those with good experience,but i had to book an alternative accommodation..

The rooms were clean and the beds are comfortable,The staff was friendly and always available,The breakfast was great even though it was just a simple breakfast.Can you please add SABC Channels on the tv????u200d♀️????u200d♀️those channels u put on the TV are boring But all in all I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely book again next time.At first we had a problem getting our rooms but you sorted it out,Thank you

Hi it is fairly good. The TV is a it hazy. Not very clear. The staff are accommodating. I feel that the price is a bit too high for the size of the room. Especially off season they should have a special if customers stay more than one day

Bed linen was awry, dated and dirty. Towels were hard like sand paper. Room safety box did not work. Place is dated and poorly maintained. Parking is tight and limited. However all of this was easily forgotten by the friendly and charming staff who are ever so willing to assist with any request you throw at them the breakfast was awesome as well.
