Best seafood go to shop! Been purchasing XXL prawns for years and over the years, the quality has not dropped. Crayfish as well is reasonably priced and does not disappoint. Only downside, this store is quite tight and when busy it's chaotic.

Terrible! not worth your time and money, I drove 2 hours to get to the store and when I got there, I requested the best of crab. I purchased for about R1500 in total, the worker had packed everything when I got home I opened the packaging only to find out that it was a total rip off, The shells were huge with empty insides. Waste of money and time! the workers are also very rude! customer service needs to improve big time

This store unfortunately always has no customer service. I visit repeatedly as the fresh fish is the best. But that’s it. The wait is long as staff don’t bother to assist or when they do assist it’s such a bother to them. I’m always at the store early morning when it’s quiet but the service needs an improvement. The small store doesn’t bother me. Items are found faster.

Fresh seafood, love that I could choose what I liked. The salesman was also very friendly in assisting us.

We bought fish 2 days ago from Epsom on crescent street, we came straight home, marinated and cooked it on the same day. The fish was bad and had a horrible taste with discolouration. This also made my brother sick. This fish was supposed to be fresh salmon in a pack, but there were two different types of fish in the single pack. The man at the store had told us that it was fresh.
We called Epsom Seafoods, they refused to help or even view the receipt that we had even for a date of purchase. They kept saying that we probably bought it 2 days before and cooked it two days later or that we did something wrong which made the fish bad (and that there has never been any other complaints about the fish). They did not acknowledge our complaint at all and did not do anything to resolve this problem. The man on the phone was also very aggressive when responding. They offered horrible customer service. My family will not be going back to support Epsom seafoods again, and we suggest that you don't either.

Don't even bother buying the prepackaged "fresh fish" . Bought about 6kg in total 3 days ago. Was inedible. Called the shop and reply was just as bad. Purchase at your own peril

Very dissapointed customer. Purchased crab at R200kg only to find the crab stale. Really exorbitant prices but so poor quality. Exploiting their customers. Be wary when purchasing from them.
