Pathetic customer service. Owner is never available, and never able to contact. Every six months there's a new manager and the next one is more worse than the previous. The food use to be great during the 2010's era. Now there is a sea full of halal burger and pizza joints in Durban which has far better staff, better quality food and better prices than this almost run down former glory pizza house.

Excellent food, reasonably priced, but order ahead as takes minimum 25-30 min off peak. Very little parking. Theres an excellent kids play area upstairs and area that can be booked for parties.

Pathetic customer service. The manager and staff needs to fix their attitude. Customers are the ones who make a business successful. I would never recommend this place to anyone! One star is way too much.

Kids will love the indoor play gyms at the same time you can enjoy meals from 3 totally different menus in 1 sitting. Prices are very affordable and the food is good. This time i tried the cashew nut noodles from the let's thai menu and it was delicious even better then simply asia.

Placed our order in advance, were told we had a 40 minute wait, pitched, shown our seats u0026 5 minutes later our food. Order 2 pizzas u0026 5 regular burgers, on the recommendations of sister Waheeda we changed 2 to smash burgers, they were extremely tasty. Thanks sister Waheeda. Pizzas was Thai chicken with pineapple u0026 steaknetto, pizzas delicious.

Terrible service, pathetic toilets. Won't even bother going there again. Kids waited so long for their pizza..oven wasn't working. They had to prepare their pizza upstairs and it was baked somewhere else. As for the play area, no parents allowed in , what madness as there are no child minders in there. So the kids are forced to play without supervision

A very colorful and bright place for the kids. Lots of activities of great prices. A tasteful and affordable menu. Plenty of seating. A selection of 2 party themed areas. Handwash and toilet on site. Unfortunately it isnt wheelchair friendly. Helpful and friendly staff to assist children and be watchful of them during play.
