Debonairs Pizza

I was a firm believer of this branch but ever since the staff manager and the employees of this branch have a no care attitude, I started buying from Florida Rd Debonairs and have never looked back. They will literally rather talk to each other then take your order. Many times I've ordered a small pizza and been met with laughs and giggles as if Im a beggar. Your staff is uneducated and to top it off I firmly believe none of them have passed matric.

After 1 hour the driver shows up but drives off whilest opening my gate.... now another 30mins wait for a new order. Family is totally upset and hungry. Wont ever recommend debonairs sparks road to anyone. Order arrived after 2 hours like it was stale. Dont ever support this pathetic store.

My order was confirmed at 18:12pm.
Having phoned the branch twice for an update, it is now 7:45pm and my order has yet to arrive even though my delivery address is less than 3km's away. Why is the Sparks Road Debonairs branch so poorly managed?

Update: Order delivered at 8pm - Ice cold.
Really disappointed with this branch.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the pizza inside the box. The cheese is only sprinkled in tiny portions. I was so embarrassed of feeding this to my visitors I ended up preparing dinner and throwing in the bin. The pizza is sp unprofessionally done it doesn't even look like pizza.

Well thats the last time I order from that Debonairs...
I ordered 2 large ????, Mexican and salami and olive. My two favourite toppings.
Firstly they trick you by asking if you want single or double ????. Unknowingly I said single, not knowing that it actually meant extra single cheese. I guess that's on me for not knowing but thats not the reason that i won't order from there again. The main reason i won't order from there is because i ordered at 20:00 at the Sparks road branch and ask them to deliver to my home. I asked how long it would take and the lady at the counter said it would take about 25 mins. Checked the time at 20:36 still no delivery. I tried calling the restaurant but no answer. Waited for another 20 mins while still trying to get a hold of the restaurant with no answer. Now I'm not sure if the pizzas are even coming anymore. I had to drive back to the restaurant only for them to tell me the delivery guy had just left with my pizzas. 1 hour had already passed and no pizzas, took my refund and left!!! Definitely not going back there!!! ????

I had a supper very bad experience with Debonairs pizza at sparks, yesterday I ordered a Small pizza and I was paying with card, the cashier made me pay 2 times she kept on saying no network. She was distracted she even did not give me the receipt after that. I had to go back and ask for it
Now the money was deducted twice in my account I went back with my reciept and proof. She just said it will reverse. Still waiting even today

I would like to report a grievance regarding the management of debonairs Sparksroad. This is the 2nd time we have ordered pizza from them in 3 weeks that their driver could not deliver because he could not find the road. We live on a well-known road in overport. Debonairs blames the nationality of its drivers - But cannot provide them with airtime or proper directions in order to make deliveries. We are very disappointed. Faaiqa and Shiraaz.
