The place is great clean and the guys at the reception were amazing helped me out with smiles. And what I love about it we were all guys and still they were friendly enough to make me feel very welcomed.

Very neat welcoming reception, but the noise in the corido by visitors very annoying i think its better if security can take controll of the noise when other people a sleeping, overall exept that noise at night i enjoyed staying.

Its clean and. Easy access. Friendly stuff. I leave one star because they don't have their own parking. Have to park in the neighborhood or in the street.

I was told to go across the road to draw cash cos the swipe machine was not working,on top of that cashier withheld my change.I was told to park my car at ShopRite parking paying R28:00 which was not mentioned when I was making the booking.Housekeeper stormed in while I was ...it was so embarrassing.

It is a good place and cost effective but noise level of residents need to be controlled as well cleanliness need to improved .
Room services such bath towels,soap,shampoo , toilet paper were poorly provided e g in 4 sleeper how do you provide one towel.
With just few improvements it will be a great place.
And front desk needs serious training it takes one perso an hour or more to reserve a room.

The receptionist are very slow ,they make you wait.We found the cockroaches in our room but it was cleaned after we laid a complaint.There was only one chair in a room, towels for one ,shower cap for one while the room was booked for two people.The was no tea or coffee only glasses and mugs.
Their cleaning service is on point but the cleaning stuff is slow.
I was disappointed because they don't offer tea or coffee atleast.

Goor price but not that clean.There is no after service, once you forget an item in the wardrobe just forget about reyeirveing it.Apart from that the standard is more and less equivalent of the price you pay
