The chicken in my burger was still raw and wet... I asked that the tomato be excluded yet they did not follow instructions as my burger had the tomatoe.

Customer service was horrible as I had to keep repeating myself.

I placed an order at 16h03 on 2022-07-23, The cashier made an error with my order (order 644) then it vanished off their list, until 16h25 I asked where is my order? They fought against one another,I didn't even know why my order was returned. Even the ones requested to prepare a new one, were fighting with the cashier, I stood there lost and irritated until a new one was prepared with the wrong spice. I asked for hot they gave me extra hot. Worst service ever. I've never seen staff fighting in front of a customer like that ????

Best Restaurant ever, I always go there when I'm in durban. Best fried chips and meat everything is fresh.

Today 02-07-2021 I just bought full chicken special order no 505 and I drove all the way home and the chicken is half cooked can’t even eat I wasted R169 am not impressed i tried to call the shop 20:31 if it was not at night and lockdown I would have driven back . Money wasted.

I ordered over Uber Eats, rolls are stale and not fresh, I ordered today and expiry date is tomorrow how unfair is that. Why should I eat expired rolls tomorrow yet I paid full price?? Pedros South Beach is pathetic????

Bad service, manager got attitude towards customers. Meat was not even well done.
