Coacroaches everywhere, disgusting.
Bed Bugs,
Bedding unclean, made me sneeze the whole time...blocked my nose.
No shower curtains/doors...making the room messy after bathing,
People smoking everywhere inside the builing,
We waited for the microwave whole night after being told "they'll bring it", had to warm food in the reception (ground floor),
TV was just playing adverts, no channels,
Staff made their problems our problems (as customers),
Most of all, the bed was unbelievably broken ...making annoying sounds every time you move, with springs peeping.
