We arrived from Nelspruit, booked in and Dawn, the lady that helped us, Is an absolute gem. Our bank was off line and with a smile she said we could sort out the payment the next morning. What a wonderful lady and so helpful. I will recommend this place. Across the road from a mall as well. So lots to do

Finding the resort was pretty easy.
They have a recently upgraded ablution block however I camped closer to the older facility and ended up using that instead. Even though it was older I had no issues during use. Hot running water at all times, well maintained and restocked regularly. I was lucky as one of the toilets even had a bidet.
There are plenty of sites within the park. The site I picked ended up being too sandy, lots of loose sand but overall I managed to level the caravan, seemed like the recent flooding had eroded the site abit. Sites are maintained regularly, wheelie bins are also provided. Electric power points were close by.
The resort is access controlled and seemed pretty safe, considering what the resort charges to camp, I definitely feel that it's real value for money without a doubt.
The resort boasts a large pool area, a spa, different types of accommodation, venue hire, a creche and even an entertainment area.
Shops, malls and even a flea market are all within walking distance. Treasure beach is just a few kms away.
I dealt with Melissa from the get go who was very informative and really friendly. She made my telephonic booking effortless, answered all my questions, and had been very understanding.
Bluff Eco Park has a good vibe, everyone was friendly, no one caused an irritation or littered the site, I will definitely return for future visits considering how accommodating they were to me as a first time camper, answering all my questions no matter how silly they might have been.

Reception was friendly and helpful. The cabin was clean and had the basic utensils you need the linen was clean. The up keep of the braai and surrounding area was spot on. Would definitely recommend eco park to people

When we arrived,we were welcomed by Michael,a very friendly, welcoming security guy ... Michael made us to feel at home although we were far from home.The bathrooms were absolutely clean,I hate public toilets but these are so clean..Just can't wait to explore the place...

Great spot !
We camped for a few nights and would definitely return when visiting Durban again.
Good value for money.
Bluff is near the city but is more safe and relaxed.

Really the most awful place I have ever booked in my entire life - the most awful human beings don’t care that I am sick or tired or in cold for an hour and refuse me entry when I booked. Why didn’t they ask me to pay hours ago instant eft??? Shocking to do this. I hope you get your karma back Dawn. I wanted peace and a good anniversary evening but you ruined it. Will sleep in a car because of your management problems!!! Not my issue. I’ve been in hospitality for a decade!!! Your client relations skills are horrendous to accuse me of being drunk or whatever ! Wish you the best!!!

Peaceful. Senior friendly. Small dog friendly. Courteous staff. Clean. Easy access in, out, and to all amenities. Feels safe.
