I paid R170 for this. Absolutely appalling. Chips came ice cold, soggy and half empty. Is this the quality of urls restaurant. I will never order from steers bluff again.

Just sat for over 1 hour waiting for our order of food, just so the staff can give it to the wrong person because they so busy talking instead of paying attention to the orders being made. R500 paid and NO food , then told we must wait another 1hr for our order to be made. Shocking service. Never again

The manager ( tall lady ) has a very bad attitude.
Between Steers and Milky lane, they have a tendency to double charge on card transactions and when you try engage the manager, she gets loud and seems super irritated.
Wish I could give negative stars.

Their service is very bad they served us rotten chicken and when I complained the said it because I am not familiar with the sauce they used and said that in a very rude manner.
The Manager's attitude is very stinky.

Hi your service is terrible. We ordered food and after 40min called to hear what's going on. We're told that he left 20 mins ago. Called again 20min later and we're told that he just left. Then the person put the phone down in my ear. Food arrived freezing cold.

I ordered from Steers Bluff before and waited forever for it to be delivered. I decided to order again today, thinking they may have been extra busy the last time. I placed the order this afternoon at 16h38 and got an sms confirming my order. I contacted the store at 17h31 and again at 18h02 and both times I was told that the delivery is on its way. I received the order at 18h18 and the food is ice cold. I definitely wi not be making this mistake again!

Terrible service! I ordered a meal and waited 3hours for it to arrive! I had called the restaurant 3 times to ask when will my food arrive and every time I was told that the driver is on his way. Eventually the restaurant had closed and i still had not recieved my meal. I was totally ignored despite my patience! My meal was never delivered!
