I have not stayed in the establishment but allow me to indicate that your receptionist for today is very rude and clueless about customer care. Please train her or hire someone patient and one who can strive under pressure. This one cracks. She will cost you customers

This is no longer Nature's Haven but Bluff Eco Park. Very nice restaurant cum coffee shop. Had a lovely birthday breakfast and feasted on tea and cake afterwards on behalf of a friend here. It was marvelous. Bluff Eco Park also boasts other facilities such as self catering chalets and can accommodate big groups of people. It is a lovely park altogether.

Wendy houses extremely hot, no tv or microwave inside the Wendy house. When you need iron and ironing board you have to put in a deposit.
