We have enjoyed many good meals at this establishment which is famous in Durban for its Indian cuisine.
The service on the last visit unfortunately was below par, something which we have not experienced in the past. It took an hour to have the first drink served and a long wait for the meal. Having said this their food is top quality.

Can't comment on the rooms, we only stopped for the famous bunny chow. We ordered mutton and asked if it was the one with no bones and told yes... when we got back to our accommodation we were disappointed to find it's not what we asked for. Overall the food was OK but would have been 5 star if it was correct.
There should also be better signage on where to park, it's so easy to miss and it's a mission to make it round to try again.

The food at Britannia is a solid 10/10. They do not compromise on taste as their food is always delicious. Service is great and the waiters are knowledgeable. Would recommend the saucy livers and seafood platter for 2.

I had a vegetarian fish dish which was not too good. My family enjoyed their meat dishes.

Waitress confused the meat and veg samosas order.

Food was value for money overall

Great food and I had so much fun there was karaoke on a Friday night we had a great time singing which made our night happen!!!

The food is so yummy and delicious ...why do they serve it lukewarm the tea is cold it's the second time now. And I love this place in future I rather do a take away I can warm my own food at home and enjoy with hot tea.
