I’ve given this place a 4 star rating instead of a 2 star from the lack of service I initially received from one of their rude cashiers today. I’ve increased my rating to 4 stars purely because of the lovely, kind and caring manager that was quick to respond to my complaints, Khululiwe Mayaba. Thank you very much for responding to my complaint and for dealing with the situation in a timeous and professional manner. You went an extra mile to make sure I left your restaurant happy and yes I did! Please Debonairs never let go of such employees because over and beyond doing their duties, they go the extra mile to protect the image of the company and to make sure every customer is happy. I take my hats off to you Mrs Mayaba! ???????????? You’re a star! Or rather 4 ????
