Called in but no answer, walked there and had to wait long for chicken livers, full portion was the size of starter portion and the rolls seemed to have been baked on site as we had to wait for those as well. They were over baked. Wasn't a very pleasant experience though the first of such in all the Nandos outlets I have been to in the country.

The manager is great guy, really cool. He helped with refund issues I had recently, but the food however was kind of a let down, maybe just not as good as other Nando's I've had in Durban, but not too bad, it was edible.

Good food but poor service. Had to wait for an hour on Christmas to get 1 order complete. Stuff showed exhaustion

So disappointed by the take away I got today....chicken was burnt and was even marinated with that nandos sauce...even on the take away akhonto(sauce ) feels like some sort of chicken yase lokshini????....so now I must open my take awayvand look for quality...ay guys

The nando's at the workshop in durban is pethetic I ordered an extra hot 1/4 meal I got a piece of chicken that I could have bought at spar, Pick n Pay or even Shoprite.
What happen to the sauce not even a drop tried calling them the phone is always busy.Did they leave the sauce in portugal.

Poor public toilets, there are mutiple infomal vendors in the paid toilets, workshop mall management makes this nandos last on my pick. I wouldn't sit in this mall, just a take away for me.

Clean, cozy, up to standard and their service is better than what a customer can expect in any busy day.
