Overall Pick n Pay Workshop has productive service however....the long queues are very frustrating u0026 annoying and very inconvenient for customers in a rush. Like one would end up going elsewhere just to avoid the lomg queues whereas if the business can come up with a strategy how to fix this issue. What I'd suggest is that the company tries to expand; add additional Parcel counters u0026 please roster enough staff for weekends especially... it's ridiculous to have such long queues but there are empty tills u0026 only one cashier at the PnP Money u0026 Mobile. Please fix this issue because it reflects badly on the business. Thank you.

My niece sent me money via tymebank to get from till. The ladies there said they have no cash, after standing in the queue for over 30 minutes. Worst service ever????????

Love this store love the convince of their trade hours and the cashiers are always so friendly to both each other and to the customers

The most humble and helpful staff, I never once felt like I'm a nuisance at the aisles or tills. Everyone working here is friendly and they certainly don't bring their problems to work; and they definitely understand customer service! Keep it up! I wish I lived closer to this Pick n Pay and be a regular customer. Big ups to the people in charge of this place????.

It's in the CBD which results in it being always crowded and busy. Always keep your guard up and don't get mugged.
