I am absolutely horrified with the hygiene factor at the store. We went in on Saturday to order pizzas. I placed the order and advised the cashier I would be back in 10 min. Upon returning to the store, I noticed the pizzas being prepared. The cashier whom handles money etc as well as other staff were preparing the pizzas with NO GLOVES. I expressed my concern with a gentleman, who I am assuming is the manager. He calmly said that Domingos policy is NOT TO WEAR GLOVES due to bacteria. How is this even a policy!! WHERE IS THE LEVEL OF HYGIENE??? asked for a refund. This is really a major health concern! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

Delivery service was excellent ???? staff here know their area! Prices are very affordable. Happy and satisfied customer ????????

I live very close to this shop so when I need something quick, I use them. Last few orders have been awful. There is no consistency. I order the veggie lovers thin base. It is advertised as having mixed peppers. 4 or 5 slivers of dried up green pepper do not constitute "mixed peppers". And there is suddenly a sweet red sauce that renders the whole pizza inedible. A tomato base does not have to taste like chutney. I never thought I'd say this, but worse than debonairs.

I really miss this place. Their pizzas are delicious and it's way more better and cheaper than debonairs. I prefer the online order and delivery system.

Absolutely amazing food! I haven’t had Domino’s this good before. Very fast service and friendly staff. The ordering and delivery was simple and efficient. I particularly like that the order seems to be placed through a call-centre so there’s no audio issues where you have to try and be heard over the loud background noise at the take away counter. Will definitely order again!

Absolutely disappointed. Placed an order at 7.02 pm and was told it will be delivered in 35min.... According to the tracker it was completed at 7.10. Quality control completed at 7.13. No notification of being picked up for delivery at 7.25pm contacted the store and the cashier took forever to find my order, I was then told the deliver guy just picked it up. Still not reflecting on the tracker. At 7.35 it was picked up according to the tracker.... By the way I live literally 6min away. At 7.50 called again and was told by the manager that she will call the driver. The pizza arrived at 8.20 pm COLD. No fault of the driver as he was not even told about the order until I was called, and he is the ONLY driver for the store. Will definitely NEVER order from Glenwood again.
