First time been admitted in hospital,
Didnt know what to expect, however i had a great experience from been admitted to leaving.

I would like to thank Dr Mathe, Nurses, Cleaning Team. I was well take care of and was confident that i was in good care and had no worries...keep up the work and excellent service ...

The nurses needs to be groomed to work more efficiently. How can you come so early like 6am...get a number and then the nurses take your small card for chart ....then suddenly the nurses start calling names of patients who came hours after you. So why give numbers and wasting state resources if they can't even coordinate the queue fairly??? Whats the point of arriving early??? The human resources should look into this.

Worst service experienced today ! Hospital is short staffed and extremely disorganised ! People skipping the waiting line that arrived long after people seated and being attended too by nurses. Start putting your patients first ! You get paid to provide a service so start making an effort ! Pathetic

I went to have my lens cleaned after cataract surgery 5 years ago. I had the most awesome service and the Dr's and Nurses were all so helpful and compassionate. I was nervous but the went out of their way to calm me down and allay my fears.. thank you to all the staff who treated me.

I took my Mum to McCords, we were there around 5:00.When we got there security directed us, we were seated and a little after 5:30,a clerk arrives asking if everyone had their cards and or letters. These were checked and patients were directed to the respective rooms. The waiting period is a bit drawn out but there's order. The staff was very friendly and doctors were very helpful.
To the clerk at reception, we'll done and to the rest of the staff.
I would recommend McCords anytime.

First experience there was today...
Staff are super helpful and friendly, they don't treat you like your just a number, they express their concerns and are compassionate!
Quick service and very clean and tidy!

We all prayed for everyone that was there whether it was minor or critical, very caring!

Looking forward to my next visit!
