The venue needs a major upgrade. Cleanliness needs urgent attention. The staff need more training. It seems this place has bitten off more than it can chew..with the spa/accommodation/breakfast etc.
The treatments itself were average.
But based on my overall experience. The feeling of being unwelcome. The poor facilities etc. I personally will not go back and I don't recommend it at all.
Considering what high reviews this place had from other clients, I was extremely disappointed...

This is the best place to spend your holidays at. The place is clean and the staff is very nice. The service delivery during the stay is impeccable.

The room was clean has all the things u need. It was a home away from home. The staff is so friendly and the reception was really amazing. Book your self a spar treatment package and relax more... I really loved everything about it. Coming back soon.

More like Hell on Earth. Bedding and towels dirty.... TV does not work. Previous persons boarding pass not even removed. No milk, no tea, no hairdryer seedy run down what a dreadful experience.
