Threadbare and noisy.
The room was spartan and the fittings were basic and very worn. I paid R810 for the night and it was nowhere near worth it.
Note the headboard, the bedside table, the shower that's actually in the bedroom. Not shown in the pic are the spills on the bedside table (I'm praying they were just coffee...)
The place was noisy late into the night and early in the morning.
Only Rocoffy and creamer to drink. Yuk.

The rooms are clean and spacious but some of the staff members are rude and unfriendly. A lady by the name of Nokuthula working at the restaurant had the most pathetic attitude. She dismissively told me the menu was on the table, sat on her chair, didn't even explain the ordering process. I had to go ask the gentlemen who braai for the restaurant to serve me.

Worst service by the receptionist. They keep on speaking in a foreign language and laughing while serving you. It seems like they profile customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. No management, even if you ask to speak to the manager the receptionist will ask what you want to say to the manager. Pathetic

Rooms are spacious enough for a couple, service is good! Situated near all attractions, clubs, beaches, harbours and it's easily accessible! I highly recommend it!

Everything is fine poor network on Wi-Fi tv you can't change channel even volume even to switch it off

Best hotel ever, The stuff is so friendly u0026 professional. A cherry on top is the fact that their prices are reasonable u0026 affordable.
