This place is sold as a well run unit but my experience is somewhat different from what shown. Guests have to pay the maid to clean the unit they stay in from their own pocket (R100) for every day the maid comes to clean. There are no towels in each room, you have to rent towels at an additional cost of R300. Bed linen is not changed frequently, (you have to call the owner to make arrangements for it to be done) even so it is not done properly and is always postponed.

Place beautiful and big enough to accommodate the number we were. Improvements on security, air conditioning and cleaning services needed. During our stay the gate was broken into and other tenants clothes stolen. No air conditioners in the apartment, it was too hot in Durban in December and the heat was unbearable. Cleaning not done regularly, had to clean for ourselves,-cockroaches troublesome.

Yoh what an experience, I loved the place so much, we had so much fun, this place on the net they show less but live 100%, iam def coming back, guys this place is sooo clean, we didn't wanna live with my friends, we had an epic weekend.

Very nice and big rooms with toilet and shower in each room.
