Worst accommodation I've ever been to. You are constantly watched and monitored, there is no privacy. I was questioned about my grand parents visiting.

We were locked out of the building in the pouring rain and there was no way to gain entry into the building until finally getting hold of another guest. Owner was very difficult to get hold of.

They do not add any soaps or shampoos, they give you a small soap, a small shampoo and a small lotion and that is all.

At the time of check out, we were hounded by the cleaners that we had to leave. It felt as though we were kicked out.
The cleaners were very nice people and they felt very bad

The stay was very uncomfortable for the entire family.

Will never stay at Munster again and will never recommend it to anyone

Very comfortable. The host did not appreciate me calling her and instructed me to phone the security guard as per email instructions from Booking.com.
The kitchen drained smelled badly and we use wet kitchen cloths to minimize the smell.
The no alcohol rule should be mentioned upfront when you book. They should consider aircons in all the bedrooms. The bedrooms were boiling hot when we arrived and the fans did not help plus there were not enough two pin plugs to plug in the fans.

Neat. Clean and spacious bedrooms. Ample parking . Close to all amenities and eating places. Kitchen well fitted with all necessary appliances. Well worth a return. Thank you staff and management.

The rooms were clean and spacious to accommodate 8 people. Munster Executive Appartment it is the most cool, calm, beautiful and safe place to be in. Mr mamad was good and available when we need him. I enjoyed my every moment thank you

Thank you so much for the good service especially by Mamed he's an amazing host. Every morning he comes to check if we okay and ifs always there when we need him, at anytime. Will definitely be back

We stayed at Munster from the 9th to 13th November, loved the place very clean and neat ,very spacious too and in a quiet neighborhood .If ever we are to go back to Durban will definitely use Munster again.

The apartment was spacious enough to accommodate 8 people. Cleaning service was poor. Basins weren't cleaned up, kitchen utensils were not enough. Coffee, tea u0026 sugar were insufficient for 8 people.
