Not that busy at all, bit of a wait, but not a crowded place, so it's better to visit quieter branches rather than going to a busy place during a pandemic. Great service as well. Efficient, friendly.

Terrible service. Unfriendly and rude floor staff that require better people skills ,training on customer attendance and management.
Slow service. Would recommend using the Kensington branch

Came to the bank...they made me signed documents for online banking went home it was not activated had to return to the bank the next day thank you Capitec for waster 2hrs of my life guys we beta of Goin to fnb

Couldn't do a deposit today because their safe waste full and they didn't know when it would be sorted out.

They open at half 8 but don't have an ATM that deposits. All the other banks at Overport have this facility. I am shocked that a reputable bank that has the latest technologies doesn't have an ATM that can deposit
