My Husband and I booked couples overnight package. The team was welcoming and friendly. We were late for our appointment and they accomodated us with smiles on their faces.We really enjoyed our massages and the hospitality from Angel and Thabi. They were excellent!!!
The room was a very large bachelor pad which was clean and very neat.
Our over night stay was pleasant and breakfast was devine. My husband and I truly had a wonderful experience ????

We will definitely be coming back and recommending your establishment to our family and friends. Truly Heaven on Earth experience ????????

The ladies are really good at what they do, though it would be nice if they were not chewing gum while massaging people. It is not professional u0026 can be disturbing while one tries to relax. As for the booking system, that deserves one star... You make a payment u0026 email the pop but no response ever comes back. I even requested two rooms, got there only one had been prepared. The spa also doesn't look too bad, but it'a not great. The sheets that were covering us during the massage has stains u0026 had not been ironed, maybe let's just stick to towels?

Overall a good treat although it seemed a coincidence that our hyperli special was "not available " the day we got there. We book the 5-hour treat and it was okay, yet I have to say that food was disgusting!!! What was that?? Do NOT advertise breakfast and lunch because that was not breakfast and lunch!! Definitely stick to clean towels, one of the hand towels was filthy and smelled really bad, hopefully they improve????

We had an amazing experience, treatment itself was so soothing, the service was top notch, rooms are beautiful and peaceful. My partner and I had a great time indeed.

On the 28th of June was my husband 's birthday and I booked a full day Spa treatment for us and my son and his wife.
After seeing some of the negative reviews I was a bit sceptical but to my surprise we not only received more than a 5 star treatment but the staff went out of their way to make my husband feel so special. From decorating the room to the attention to detail was amazing.
The professionalism and friendliness of the staff namely, Thabisile, Nokuthula, Thandie, Angel and Bathapile were excellent. These ladies made us feel so special and engaged with us through out the day.
I even made mention to the owner of the fantastic service we received from the above ladies.
I encourage you to definitely try this spa. At the end of the day my husband said to me that this was the best birthday gift ever. THANK YOU Heaven on Earth. Mrs S. Chetty
