Used to be a good joint. Now bad service, waiters are rude and take an hour just to get your food. How can you hear your order number when the place is congested with people yelling, then they just past yours just like that by the time you realise they make it seem like it's your fault. They must get speakers once. The wings are loosing that good taste they had they are getting salty. Not coming back again.

I am beyond disappointed. They should really stop selling wraps, they must stick to wings and ribs. This is terrible and a waste of money. It’s disgusting ???? it has no taste and hard to even swallow. Yes the staff was friendly and the service was good but the food was disgusting. They really need to do better

The service is so bad, the staff is not educated on how to treat customers. They make you shout out loud, there is so much that still need to be done.

Terrible service from that Mr B delivery whatsapp number. I waited for 2 hours for my meal to be delivered, no update nothing, I had to call and ask what's causing the delay and his answer was the guy is charging his phone.

Its worse cause this is the second time. Terrible!

I had ribs and wings, I forgot to take a pic of the ribs before I ate them????, it was actually my first time trying Nkomo's, after the hype from friends and social media, I tried them today. They were actually delightful, tasted exactly like spur ribs but better, the chicken was also kfcish but better, the most amazing thing is the price, they are very cheap interms of prices, which explains the long queue!

First time I'm getting such service in a fast even companys in top places and in business aren't this good.

I came in with my 6mnth daughter from immunization and before she could start crying again the store manager/supervisor came up to me to assist me and i was finished quickly.

Im not happy bcz i past the rest but because its evident that everyone who comes through the door they acknowledge us we not just a number like in the reciepts they print

It's OK, the service could be better. Very slow. And most times been there, they never have chips
