Couple weeks back I went there for the first time. I asked for veg burgers they did chicken. I was home by that time so I couldn't do anything to get it sorted. Wasted that food and money

Then on the 24th of April , Thursday night I ordered again. This time emphasising with the cashier that I want veg Multiple times. I get my order and it's chicken again. I went and asked them what is going on and they said they will prepare it again. Then 20 minutes later they come to me and say they only have 1 Pattie and need to go buy another. At this point I've been waiting for over an hour for my food. Then when I bite into the burger later at home I realise they left the plastic on the Pattie when frying it.

Come on Pedro's really, ????

Waited like an hour plus for food and this is what we received for chips. Worst meal ever. Feel sick. Purchased from Pedros Newlands. The driver was very late and unapologetic.

Phoned the store 5 times and the lady on the phone said order is out on delivery, order never got delivered for over 2 hours, delivery service is very disappointing!!!!! Have guests hungry!!! All You guys say in all your reviews , yourl are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused and will rectify the problem, easy email to blah blah blah.... put a policy in place to keep your customers happy and satisfied , we the people that make your business, without us people that are the customers , there is no business.....

The service is bad. The livers has less sauce. Ask for extra basting they charge you and yet it still doesn't have extra basting on the chicken. Complained instore many times but no interest

Pathetic service. It's been 2 hours and 30 minutes and the food has not been delivered. Even spoke to the manager Sbu who was rude and said "it's our busy time" and can't assist. We'll Pedro's newlands....another customer lost

Worse experience ever. Placed an order at 18.15 and I'm still sitting and waiting in the car for my meal. I'm very disappointed in the service the staff is so rude. Never again will I advise anyone to trust the staff that says 15mins to wait because u end up waiting for an hour.

My order was short of chips.staff is not professional they will stop dispatching orders and three of them trying to solve one customer's issue while we are waiting
