It a nice building clean an legibly, huge rooms inside the flat ,with a nice cityu0026beach view,there is a Spar next to the Sahara Sands building, public taxis an people mover buses to move around the city,

It's a public beach and very clean with all facilities food courts, washrooms, changing rooms and sovernior. The view is beautiful

Public parking...

Area is not the safest but busy so one would hope u safe due the amount of traffic back and forth
