Thus is the second d time we came here. The last time about two years ago, the instructor was so difficult, he refused to guide my kids nicely with snorkeling. To the extent that they stood and just watched.

Now we get here, they're bigger, and the woman at the cashier desk is so angry. She gives one word answers and cant even smile at customers... I wonder if she realises it's people like us that ensure her a salary.

Please allow her some time off to come back happier, and let her know it is a request from the customer shes so pulled up with.

Not a nice experience... I think the Fish will have friendlier faces

Affordable activities on the encounter island. Swimming experience is not required to partake. A must for kids and adults alike.

Went for snorkelling here. Its excellent and a must do. They even have sharks in the snorkel tank, but as they said it doesnt bite, but worth the thrill.

The snorkeling is a must try. No experience needed.
