Awesome experience. The park is so wonderful everything is clean. You walk into the aquarium and you are transported into a world of ocean life. The dolphin show was mesmerizing and created awareness for our oceans. We loved every moment

uShaka Marine is simply the jewel of Durban tourism! I can never get enough of the place and each time I visit I learn something new or simply just discover a new place there. The dolphin show is still very entertaining! ???????? Will definitely make an impression on you.
This time around i got to see the penguins and also watch them getting fed. Over 60 African penguins and they all have names. So cute to see.
The aquarium is a must visit to just get fascinated by the different fish types that exist and to learn more about the Southern Africa marine areas and their species.

I don't think there is any place in Durban that has staff who can challenge uShaka staff in helpfulness and sweetness! Plus they will educate you so much about the marine life! ????????

Apart from sea world (dolphins, seals and penguins) and aquarium there is also the water park for kids to swim on slides, the dangerous creatures centre for snakes and other reptiles, and a shopping mall for clothes, souvenirs and lots of restaurants (some have a sea view).

I recommend going to Marine World in the afternoon, after the rush. Aim to arrive around 1400 or 1430. Then you can get a seat for the 3PM Dolphin show (lasts 30 minutes). Then you can walk around the incredible aquarium (takes 45-75 minutes) with far more space. We went off season (March) and it took 30 minutes to get in (long queue) after arriving at 11. The aquarium was packed and quite noisy. Nevertheless, it was an amazing experience - I must have spontaneously said "wow" a thousand times. The attention to detail I side the aquarium is delightful and the designers deserve credit for their careful work.

Took my youngest for a day out. Marine world tickets were R157 each which was quite good. It was quiet and beautiful and interesting. Thoroughly enjoyed the aquarium and dolphin show was a highlight. Stadd professional and friendly. Grounds clean and neat. Safe environment. Well worth it

Awesome experience for my daughters who did an underwater sea walk with the fish. They thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was excellent with first class service in all areas. Overall top-notch experience.

We went to the aquarium, not the water park, but we loved it! It’s so cool that they have used the idea of fish swimming around and through sunken ships. The variety of sea creatures is impressive, and we also enjoyed both the dolphin and seal shows.
