Shoprite is the worst retail store ???????????? I had Bad experience in two Different Stores , The one in Pinetown and Last week in this Shop I bought mince meat, it was off , beef was rotten , and Pork was worse it even had greenish Colour. When you look in the fridges their meat looks fresh on the Top , when you get home ,all the meat underneath if rotten, It like they don't throw rotten stock ????????????????

The store has lost its sense of customer service. It used to be one of the busiest and best SHOPRITES in Durban but I.have saw ok customer service skills from staff.
Bakery goods are simply revolting as had been here after a good few years and purchased from their bakery and the items were of a very poor quality. Definitely needs a lot of change in terms of service and presentation.
