Terrible online experience, weren't able to help me. Took my money instantly but transferring it back was an issue. Waited for my order for about an hour, which then got canceled.

What a joke of a store........ 2 Times in a row, they tell you they don't make chicken after 5:30pm. You can only get a burger or wrap or wings ???????? Maybe I always go there on the wrong days. Basically they're saying "Go home and cook" I thought KFC Alice Street was bad but this one takes the trophy for bad service.

When i ordered the breakfast meal with a cappuccino, they told me the machine wasn't working, so then i asked for a coffee instead, they did not have that either. Later that same day i went to order an oreo crusher, however the machine wasn't working as well. What kind of service is this.

Service was ok. Until the cashier said they have no change n requested to give R40 coins. I declined that change. I think management should have requested enough change to last them whole day. Instand of making us look bad just because i refuse to take R40 coins as change.

I ordered via Mr delivery. 4 wings were not packed in my order. Called the game city branch to lay a complaint, one of their staff, Zinhle, hope i got the name correct walked from the branch to my office to deliver the wings. Wow what incredible service and not forgetting, she greeted me with the most friendliest smile.
