Staff is really not helpful, today there was 2 of them standing by the entrance while 3 customers were waiting to ask questions. Little did they care carried in with talking loud and laughing with two other cleaning ladies and had to go to them for assistance inside the shop because they were busy with their conversation.

Found what I wanted, staff don't communicate well at tills from a customer service point of view, not friendly at all but a nice clean neat store

I had the most wonderful experience when a lovely assistant at finances returned my new cellphone. In my hurry I forgot it on the counter...What an honest person
