The worst service. I was directed by a sweet lady, outside the store, to one of two consultants inside the store who goes by the name of Lolly. This lady was busy on a cellphone. She didn't look up but left me standing there. After a few minutes without looking up she said "I'll be with you shortly" and I continued to stand in front of her desk with a screen for another few minutes. My 81 year old mother was waiting outside the store for me. Eventually I just walked away. Not sure just how long she expected me to wait. Shocking service. I usually go to the overport branch where I receive excellent service.

A very poor service, i came in time when i was inside was told they can't do it because soon they are closing. How can you turn down a client when he is already inside without proper explaination.

Ohw wow what a wonderful service from Ryan Service has been exceptional. Staff have been friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. My service expectations have been exceeded.

good day , service at this store is terrible , went in store yesterday to do a sim swap for my contract number and was told by the gentleman in store that they only do new sim and have to rica it. he suggested i go purchase a sim card from ackermans and call the cell c customer care line to do the sim swap. this is pathetic sevice as the customer care lady stated that i can do the sim swap in store.

i am having issues with my cellphone (contract) and the guy i spoke too assistant manager told me that i cannot bring my phone in for repairs cause i do not have my original id with , i have my personal reasons why i dont carry my id document with me , but always keep a certified copy with always , now this is really upsetting cause this is the same id document that you guys have on your system, how is that i cannot be assisted when i need help ,why would i bring my phone in if i was a fraud or if the contract was not in my name , when do security questions start working if i cannot be assisted ? i want my phone to fixed this is frustrating and upseting
