It's an okay place to stay at. The view and surroundings are amazing. It's a beautiful and clean environment. It doesn't have too much choice for restaurants/food though. (We do recommend giving the butcher block steakhouse a visit. Amazing food!)
Upside the casino and at least the candy store are 24 hours open.
Also almost no things to do for kids (very small entertainment center). For the casino the slot machines are very unorganized. Instead of clustering the same ones together they just spread them all over the place. So if you found your machine and it was occupied you had to run all over to see and find another one of them.

There is minimal in terms of family entertainment. Kids have to suffice with a micro-gaming room, and no other options available. A good variety of food available, and the standards of the place are well maintained. Would recommend for a more mature age group.

Went as a day visitor and requested a day card. It took the cashier 30 min to process my details on their system. The cashier was not helpful at all and blamed the system for being slow and did not have any customer relation skills at all. He was eventually assisted by his supervisor that constantly told him what to do. In my humble opinion this is well established and reputable casino but the standard of service is extremely bad. The worst experience i ever had and regretted my wasted time going to this casino.

Beautiful Venue. Very traditional. I am slightly sad at the maintenance of the conference room. There is a damp odor from the carpet and it's just not a clean space. More maintenance and cleaning required.

Not very appealing in vibe. Worst was dat machines were being fixed? Replaced? Or upgraded? All lying all over..

No notices seen that kids not allowed on casino floor... Not sure if I m not updated with changed laws but kids enter through same entrance n have access to view casino activities as floor is central.

No information to new users on how to use their mvg cards n options avail to them.

Parking is vast n it so quiet I had my pick
No other activities such as water parks etc.
Kids entertainment area dull

Not happy with the card system. Seems more like a rogue system. Every cent made is taken back almost immediately. My every experience at Sibaya has been terrible. Even tried a white card, still the same outcome. According to the tellers it makes no difference as it is linked to your original card once you give them your ID number.. No more for me. Gambling at Sibaya is a bad idea for anyone.

Nice variety of slot machines. It's wasn't too busy. Places to eat range from buffet style to quick take aways. Entertainment for kids and adults.
