It has is a great place for a family getaway, u0026/or a friend's retreat. It's located in the close to shops u0026 various social places such as Florida Road, u0026 also the beach is only just a cab away. It accommodates u0026 also renders services for business functions or social events.

So this was my experience....
On the 3rd of October 2022 I messaged the owner requesting a booking she advised me she had a private apartment at the same price which I was happy with. So I made the bookings with her and she sent me a pdf confirming this which I still have.
On the 12th October I notified her I would be arriving at 4pm.
She had no issues with that.
However on the day of arrival she did request that I message her 10 minutes before I arrive which I did again she was fine with that.
Now when I arrived all I did was tell her I'm outside which is common sense so they would be able to find me when whoever arrived to give us keys or what not could find us. The owner went crazy and was very rude I have screens shots off the entire conversation. What's more upsetting is she canceled on us saying and lying we were rude to her and we were drunk which I will be taking up as defamation of character. And to make it even more worse she canceled saying she will not accommodate us wasting our fuel and time. I will try and upload the conversations or people can email me and I will be more than happy to send them.
However by the grace of God we managed to find a place at the last moment which is absolutely stunning the place is called Bali ridge.
To people reading this the time and place isn't a good place due to the owners poor and pathetic behavior. If I could give no stars I would.

I wish I could write a better review but unfortunately my experience did not go well. After staying for two weeks and paying R8200. The first week we paid R500 X6 u003d R3000 and second week we paid R650 x8 u003d R5200. My mother and I were treated by the owner and host unfairly. We wanted to extend our stay for three more days, but we reduced it to one day because they pressured us to pay while in Checkers shop, I felt dizzy and almost fainted while in store, I felt really sick... Imagine spending so much money and cleaning after ourselves, taking out the trash on Mondays, and then afterwards being treated harshly, as if we were thieves... Though the host apologised afterwards, the owner was very defensive and rude, she has not yet apologised. I honestly, wholehearted would not recommend anyone to book here.

I stayed at the time and place from the 13th-20th september and the dinner you can order in is tremendous if you wish to as there is self catering. The location is great as the popular "florida road" filled with nice restaurants, bars and the Durban tourism office is only a 10 minute walk away and you are within 20mins if walking, 10 mins if driving close to the bustling Durban CBD which is before the indian ocean. The shoprite supermarket is within 5 mins walking which is handy also. I had a great time, will probably be back, i slept well and the housekeeper host is very responsive with any pressing need or query. I really liked the marble flooring and lounge settings and did a cool interview with another guest i made friends with on my stay. A nice chilled place to be while not being far from the main hubs with amenities that will introduce you to durban KZN. James from UK and Congo ????????????????

The lady in charge is extremely rude and she was not helpful at all. She seemed to think shes doing me a favour for enquiring.Very bad service, dont book here.I am very thankful to not have booked here.

Worst customer service and I quote “ Sorry but you cannot change your mind constantly and expect my co-operation. I will cancel your booking now” is this how customers get treated this could’ve been said in a nice way ????while making a booking this was said

It's a pathetic place just as the owner.
They charge you 500 bucks with whole lot of lies. They made us wait almost an hour yet I booked and given arrival time in advance. The owner is super pathetic human being with no brain. Contact me to view the complain and respond from the owner. People do not book this place
