Terrible place, everything that was advertised from pictures to ammentities.... Absolutely fake and disappointing! To start with there was no parking space, had to get the guard to redirect to undercover parking which enters from a different road, only to find out that the venue was also booked for a wedding for that same day, just to mention the noise levels were extreme and biggest concern was that every wedding guest from young to old was loitering around with NO MASK! Thenthe rooms that were booked was supposed to be for 2 adults and one child... Was told that the child can sleep with us on a the double bed in the room. Secondly there's no wi-fi, they give u a password to connect but that never happens, Thirdly there's only 2 channels available and 2 informercial channels and then to top the night off there was no hot water in both the rooms, had to wait to get it sorted. Not a private or a quiet venue to book. Wires sticking out from acorner of our room and the bathroom. Terrible service!

Beautiful place, decor and views. It is surprising quite. Nice areas to lounge. Large rooms. The staff is friendly and good at their job. It is a bit pricey. Easy payment method. Things have changed since then with the quick construction.

The facilities within the hotel the hotel overall is simply outstanding. The hotel is a brand new building with modern finishes which complements same. Due too the pandemic restrictions the hotel is quite. Wishing that this establishment all the success and patronage in this trying times...

Bed was not comfortable, rooms are very nice though and breakfast was great as well. Client service though needs to be improved, ladies with great smile always does it from a hospitality point of view. As a Regional Development Officer I was not comfortable with only male foreign staff, it triggers not desired assumptions as far as Employment Equity Act is concerned, and I was not comfortable with it.

Pleasant and lovely establishment. Beautifully decorated rooms, breathtaking views, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, all stood out for me. Looking forward to visiting the new and improved hotel currently under construction.

This place is horrible!!! Their website lies that there are many amenities such as free WiFi, air conditioning, etc. However, upon arrival, one can already see from the cracks in the walls that the place is not as good as it might seem. The rooms are dirty with hair on the floor upon arrival, there are no soaps, shampoos, towels. The WiFi is faulty, the electric grid of the house trips often, there are no batteries in the remotes. The place seems to be more of a shabby BnB but claims otherwise. On top of that they are understaffed with only two staff members doing everything after you ring the bell 100 times and wait for at least 20 minutes at their empty front desk! They are friendly but the place is not.
