Rooms are old tv was not wrkng had to go down n let thm know which also took more thn 1 hour of waiting for thm yet no help was granted

I booked online but on my arrival I waited about an hour (from 3 to 4 pm) and when I went on my room I found it not cleaned I had to wait another 20 minutes on the outside couch to be cleaned..I was not really happy with my stay and the room I was using (room 33)was too small compared to the one I was using a couple of weeks back (room 28).

I am not happy at all. There's nothing good about this hotel. It's not clean, there are not towels, no mats, no microwave, the aircon is not working, the TV only has 2 channels. There are even cockroaches in the room.

I had a not so bad stay there.Room 19 second floor, the bathroom(shower) was not clean so I must that was not pleasant please Tudor House Hotel you can do better.
