Not a very nice place,the service is so poor,doesn't match the advertisement,reception is ignorant...they don't even check which clients must check out,they just come and knock on the door and tell us we must go it's passed 10 already.. it's like I booked in a hospital..wen I left the room in the morning, they came in the room without my permission. Very bad experience ???? in this hotel. I would not book this place ever again...very disappointed.

Bad service I would not advise someone to book at this place. Management of this place don't care about you once you paid. This place is nice on Google but when you get the it looks like a very old hospital.

Hi I arrived at the Union hotel today around 10h00, no room have to wait till 14h00 to book in. With the reservation they ask me what time my fight arrive in DBN and I confirm 09h00.

No lockup facility to place baggage till bookin. I think it is very bad client service.

I ask to make use of the bathroom at the reception, a key was handed to me, use the first door left. Sign on the door "temporary out of order", no toilet water tank cover, no toilet paper. Rusted burglar bars etc

I do not know how the hotel was rated.

Walls were very dirty, you can hear noise from down the corridor like its just at your door, cockroaches come out in the dark !

I was really disappointed with their service. I actually had to bath with cold water (on a cold) and no one bothered to inform me about the cold water when I was checking in. I doubt that they own a geyser. They is no lift, you need to be prepared to take the stairs. I personally do not think that I'll ever book there the service was terrible.

I had the worst experience. I booked online the amount was R475 and I had to pay at the hotel, the amount changed to R500 but I was not even notified about this on the email.

On our way to the room with our luggage the housekeeper handed us towels - I find that very unprofessional as towels are supposed to be already on the room.

They gave me a room that hasn’t been cleaned, the bed was not made and there was litter all over like somebody has just checked out on that room.

They gave us another room and the bed sheets had stains. There is also no elevator.

The place is not clean at all.

All the receptionists didn't pay attention to the guests. We booked for 3 nights the lady invoiced us for 1 day . No towels in a room by the checking in times..generally the service was very very poor..some pillow covers were dirty nd not chaged
