The lady at the reception at Municipality is very rude, some staff members will refuse to help you claiming that you must come on certain days and turn you away without helping you. The security guys are the only decent people on this department they are the only ones who alway offer to help us wherever they can.

Disrespectful, unhelpful, rude, incompetent public official attempting to open municipal account for us … she forgets that our rates and taxes pay her salary! Terrible experience

The staff need training on people skills as they are clueless dealing with the public. Staff mostly unhelpful u0026 unfriendly u0026 clearly have no compassion nor interest in the people they serve. Sadly another failed ANC department, what's new!!

Would like to complement Beacon Bay municipality. We are visitors from Gauteng. They have done a splendid job cleaning up Beacon Bay. The roads are properly tarred and maintained and it is a pleasure visiting Beacon Bay. Were here before Covid and now again. Big improvement.

Had experienced such poor service in that Beacon Bay Municipality clinic.
Got there 7:30 in the morning got home at 16:00 in the afternoon, because there was 1 nurse(Mrs.Chibini) serving every body no matter a child adult or an infant.
Spent the whole day sitting and waiting 1 nurse (white lady with spectacles pity didn't get her name)was always on the phone hours and hours eventually when she got out of phone she went to do bosses work for hours(according to her that's what she told us)and then she came and be rude saying she is going home at half past 4 no matter everyone is served. Poor, bad service ever.

Not one person on the premises that knew how to assist with a super inflated water ???? bill ???? when asked a question you hear the familiar word's "I don't know" it sounds rather like "I'm not helping you" very sad that "Corona" will get the blame.

We stood in the queue for three hours and never got assisted. Went home will have to go back another day ????
