It is one of the best especial when you looking for lunch. Can accommodate a solo or partners but there is no much space for family. They have good prices that are reasonable such as starting from +R20 pizza. It's clean with free wifi. Its a business within a business. The only thing that all Debonairs shops need to add is the drive thru.

I decided to give Debonairs pizza another chance and it was a very big mistake...I'm not exaggerating when I say this...The pizza tasted like VOMIT.????????

We stay in amalinda but only buy from debonairs in beacon Bay. We mostly happy with our food. Sadly Wednesday we were so put off ND dissapointed.. We ordered the cram decker and boy oh boy. The cheese griller is terrible and we had so many small bones in the cheese griller it put us off totally. We love supporting you, and service is always great. Sorry about this

Ordered a triple decker.. looks more like scraps thrown together. The person taking my order couldn't take a simple order. Had to repeat my order 3 times and confirmed the sauce twice and still I was wrong.. worse is, hardly any fillings and drenched in the wrong sauce. Sweet and sour is not sweet chilli. Rather support small business in future and skip big franchises that couldn't care about the quality of product they deliver

I visited during a loadshedding block. It was extremely busy. My order was placed with relative ease. The wait was longer than usual. But that was expected due to current conditions. I do feel that the service agent could have been a bit more friendly and offer more to go with my meals. Oppertunity missed in my book. Meals were average. Nothing that would make me recollect the palate experience.

Good customer service, generous toppings and a good selection of pizzas (the franchise standard). Pricing is average. i.e.

Only 4 stars because quality control is an issue. I sometimes find the pizza base is undercooked - leaving me to get it cooked longer.

Although they are always apologetic and often offer a refund it doesn't solve the problem.

Absolutly the worst service first up cashier cannot use card machine second she puts my card under her hair protected and scratches her hair lady before me all she wants to do is collect order 3 cashiers say they busy but they just standing around well she left without her order and guess what so did I never going there again
