The staff is friendly and their prices are quiet reasonable
The bedrooms are clean and sheets also felt and smelt nice

Warm water running even during loadshedding
It would be better if they added breakfast

During this winter season, it would be awesome if the aircons installed really did do what was required other than than blowing cold air out

It's disappointing from the reception who sounds less interested, the room smelled mouldy, the bed was old and uncomfortable and to be told they don't serve breakfast upon arrival.
Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

It's an okay place but the owner needs to make sure that things in the hotel, eg. Mirror, are not terrible because we gotta see ourselves before going out

If there was a negative 1 rating I would give them that. I cancelled a reservation almost a month ago and they were supposed to refund me 75% of my deposit because cancelled 27 days before the reserved date. I still haven't gotten my refund and they have been giving me the runaround around for almost a month now. Secondly, I was told I'd get 65% back because there is an additional 10% that will be charged for bank charges but the cancellation policy says nothing about the 10% except for when you cancel 30 days or more before the reserved date. Legal action will definitely be taken at this point cause I am tired of them giving me the runaround.
