Hotel looks nice, rooms clean but burglars bars on windows lose screws missing sliding door no safety gates easy to get into the room from street. Lots of noises that u can clearly hear in the room under ground not available at the time or a fee of R440 for a parking or park outside front of hotel not sure if its safe. Can only comment after leaving. Staff very friendly nd helpful.

Well situated, unit looking a little tired, dank and in need of maintenance. Sliding doors sticky and difficult to open, bathroom door broken, air conditioner not working and cockroaches in shower. Beds a bit hammered and creaky. Lounge has been nicely revamped - Overall, would definitely look at additional accomodation options when staying in East London again.

Has potential to be lovely but attention needs to be given to the rooms. Bedding should be crisp curtains should not be broken. Worst thing is the NOISE at night. Athletes need to rest which is virtually impossible with all the noise. Manager on duty was amazing

Flipping heck i love it! We are a crew of 15 men working technical for the ICT SUMMIT and we are loving our stay. This place is amazing. Self catering means we cook and cater our own drinks. We will be back next week.

Staffs at the front desk lacked professionalism. Had essential cutlery like kitchen knives, etc missing in a self catering unit. Paid for a covered parking, but often found myself unable to enter as the security guard was absent. Horrible service

Will not book at Windsor Cabanas again!
1...Couldn't shave my beard or charge my phone as there is no two point plug facility in my room, in all the hotels/facilities I've stayed before I've never had this problem. Staff training totally not efficient or affective, or maybe not trained at all.
2...Staff at front desk not willing to help. She didn't even bother to ask if she can at least contact or ask management for help or for a two point plug adaptor, Training?? What happened to look after your customers....... or attend to your customers needs.....
3...Other guests very noisy, staff totally ignored the fact that there are other guests also in the building trying to rest and sleep, after a hard days work. Training??

Windsor Cabanas needs to improve a lot....
I surely hope this rating will not be in vain and that urgent action will be taken.
