The old couple are good, but they are too much. Early mornings knock on the door, the dos and donts (I wish these were documented somewhere so that a person can read by themselves); way too careful to an extent that, it looks like everyone is a suspect. I am making an assumption here that all guests are treated the same, irrespective of their age or racial group. My advice to the guests: good place, but insist on paying first. Then you will have a peace of mind.

Nice family-run establishment. They are making an effort to be welcoming. They have nice family rooms. I wish they can increase the number of TV channels, and in particular, the kids'.

We stayed in the Weaver Suite. Very neat, clean, warm and cosy. The WIFI reception was very poor, and there's DSTV, but it's controlled inside the house. This meant we had to phone them whenever we wanted to change the channel.
The owners are friendly, but in all honesty, rather come here if you're desperate for a basic room.

We stayed in the Weaver suite. This place was a bit more budget than we anticipated. The WIFI reception was very poor and we couldn't get cellular reception inside the building, which was problematic as my husband had to do some work. There isn't really DSTV, you have Mnet and the SABC channels and that's it. The microwave looked gory inside. The surrounding neighbourhood was run down, and has several busy flats and pubs so I didn't feel safe walking with my toddler there. If you just need a bed, this is probably a good stop. The owners are quite friendly.

Very Clean and Safe
Well Mannered and friendly staff.
We had booked for a week and I would definitely recommend the place or visit again.
