Their Nurse is so patient, responsible and professional. Cleaner make sure the place is clean and healthy in every minutes. Security always there to assist you with the information you want and make you feel safe all the time.

First of all,there are hardly any doctors here.Second of all,the waiting time to see a doctor when one finally arrives is 3 to 4 hours.Third of all,after finally seeing the doctor, you have to wait another hour to receive the prescribed medication.I feel this is a very slow hospital and wouldn't recommend coming here.

Very bad service been sent home twice without seeing the doctor. And the doctors are very slow they always walking around.

The pace is the problem, it was worse on Mon I was sent to Xray and I was told that she left for lunch. I thought that may be she left at 12.00. Only to find that she came back at 14HOO.

The nurses don't care. All they do is sit gossip and charge their phones. You'll wait for hours while they sit and do nothing. You ask for help and they tell you to wait. And you'll wait forever.

Nurses and Surgeon/Dentists are all well informed and keep the patients in a tight routine to ensure fast and efficient service. They reach capacity very quickly and go through many patients within a fast 0eriod of time considering! Clean and hygienic facilities. This is a great standard for South African State Health Care.

This hospital,doesnt care about really sick patients,yes i fully understand that now during this pandemic of Cov19 there are rules,but atleast one professional nurse should go outside and find out details why people are there,even the security guards doesn't care how sick you might be!! This is totally unacceptable!
