Bought coffee from KFC haven Hills. Was not as convenient as made to look. They use a coffee machine, but still need training on how to prepare good coffee.

I paid for a meal for 150 rand and the meal never arrived. The payment came off in my account and when i contact the customer care they do not answer. I am extremely disappointed at the unprofessional behaviour and will be taking this to the newspapers!

If you have all the time in the world to wait to be served at kfc then come to kfc woolwash in east london! Service here is disgusting! That's all I can say.

My food was so cold, I didnt even finish my meal. It was terrible. It was so cold. Am so disappointed in you guys.

Long wait. But the chicken is worth the price due to its tender juicy taste atleast its not dry like some other places chicken.

Great service and food always fresh I live close to a KFC and I rather travel the extra distance to get better treatment and quality

Had to wait for 35 minutes to get my order last night.

You asking for receipt, really? So now we have to keep 2 days receipt with us ????anyway its fine am over that.
