Easy going flow of traffic, quick in an out if your nearby trying to get something. Has easy accessible wheelchair ramps plus elevators.

Why is it that shoppers who shop at this mall have to pay to use the bathrooms is beyond me...is that not a free service provided to customers for going there to spend their cash...management of this mall needs to relook that decision. It's a bad one

Overall a very nice and clean mall. It can do with a bit more ventilation

The mall itself is okay but the area is not safe. They should have found a better place. There are a variety of stores and restaurants. Overall the mall is quite clean and impressive.

Majority of the shops do not have back-up generators, when there's loadshedding they basically close down. I was at the till at Mr Price sport and loadshedding hit so I had to leave without my items. The other time I was at Old mutual and the they were like "we can't do anything because of loadshedding". It's 2022 and loadshedding has been around for how many years now! Honestly business that still do not have backup generators by now are setting themselves up for failure because loadshedding is not going anywhere anytime soon
