Hemingways Mall

The Hemingways Mall is amazing place to keep you busy with a lot of shops. BUT ONE SHOP SHOULD BE BANNED FROM THEM. They BS my wife when she bought a R800 pair of blue tooth earphones. The package was not sealed, nor any instructions in it, nor working at all. We found another customer, from outside EL, who also bought not working item from this Gadgets Geeks in this mall. I have reported this to management and trust they will take action.

Rooms are very nice ,clean and comfortable.
Service was very professional and fast,even my wake-up call was exactly on the minute, breakfast was delicious with friendly service and never a NO uttered, the hotel is attached to the mall and that makes dinner and a bit of exploration a fun experience. But not noisy at all.

Definitely recommend for a stay in East London.

Wonderful shopping center and remarkably clean. Toilets are exceptionally clean.
However I need to make a comment about two shopping centers where I did not have a pleasant experience. At Hi-Fi corporation the service is absolutely pathetic. On my arrival there I stood there for about 7 minutes without being assisted. Eventually a lady walked past me and I asked her if she worked there and she said yes. I requested her for assistance which see seemed very reluctant. This is indeed a place I will not visit again neither will I recommend it to anyone.
At incredible connection I had a similar experience. Eventually, I think an Indian male, came to me. However eye contact doesn't exist and that it seemed that he didn't really wanted to help me. On previous occasions that I've been there it was the same.
I eventually searched online and got a much better deal.
These place will never see me again.

Due to an accident I am not able to walk very far and I don't have my own wheelchair. There would be no way I'd navigate the mall in crutches and a healing leg. I want to thank security for helping me get a wheelchair and helping me into it, even pushing me into the mall. Fantastic service and care. On the mall side, it is fantastic, clean and well maintained. Thank you. PS I'm from CT and my 2nd time at Hemmingways. Well done everyone. (Note this review is from 1yr plus ago)

It is enjoyable especially as a private car driver there are no more drivers at the gates it's less congested. It's hell for the commuter as it was my first time and I had no idea where the opening was to go catch a taxi as we were turned back from the gate to go look for the entrance that leads to the taxis ...like really
