I had a good time, all staff members are well trained and approachable, I genuinely have no complaints whatsoever even our food was exactly what they promised.

The worst wimpy experience. And I love Wimpy food. Cold burger warmed up in a microwave. Stale Chips. How disappointing

Amidst the Festive Chaos , a very busy Wimpy during Saturday lunch, we had super efficient service with delicious food served faster than ever. Thanks Wimpy u0026 especially Pumeza! Well done, guys!

The food was good but the staff seriously need training on good customer service.
1. There's an option to use Snapscan but the waiter didn't like it when I said I would use this option.
2. I needed to pay with my card and I was told tips are cash only. I do not carry cash. At this point, I was feeling awkward by this whole checkout experience. I felt like I had done something wrong. If there are issues with tips between the restaurant and waiters, that should not be my problem, I should not be dragged into your internal politics.

Worse experience. After taking my order @ drive-through, when I arrived @ teller, he didn't bother telling me that speedpoint machine was faulty until food dispatcher advise me. By that time I had moved car from teller point so couldn't reverse as there were cars behind me already. Dispatcher told me to reverse back to teller point, which I obviously couldnt, or start @ the back of queue which by that time was very long ????u200d♂️...
