McDonald's Beacon Bay Drive-Thru

Ordinarily a drive thru should be about convenience and a rather qiucker pace of service. They have two order stations but mostly make use of just one. The queue gets too long it block other traffic. When collecting your order, at best, you're asked to please wait in the parking bay while they quickly prepare it and at worst, after waiting, your will still come out wrong.

This is the 3rd or 4th bad experience here. Not only did i wait 35min in the drive tru but none of my sauces had been added and one order was completely wrong. I have been trying to contact them directly with no success.

Placed my order with the silly order machine. Stood there for ages, Noone even bothered to inform me that they were running behind. Eventually, I threw my ticket in the bin and left. Stupid system, the person is not accountable to you, you don't get greeted and hopefully at some stage you will get your meal.

The worst prepared burger I have had to date. The patty was overdone making it super hard, it was suppose to be my lunch for my night shift now I am left with nothing to eat but fries. What makes me angry is the person continuing to prepare the burger even though she could see the patty was over done. I am disgusted!

Longest que ever waited 20min for 2 junior cheeseburgers and 2 donuts , ice cream machine wasnt working as per usual had the same experience last time I have no idea why I was dumb enough to give that branch another shot

My kids ordered a family pack last night through Mr Delivery from you establishment. The food was disgusting and both my boys got sick and my elder one got verry sick at least 3 times. This is absolutely shocking and is not expected from an establishment like this. Patties were shocking and my youngest could not even consume it.

It seems everytime we buy from McDonald's Beaconbay their carrot cake is not fresh, and surprisingly their staff always fail to mention this, the burger rolls were not fresh as well today, disappointing, I wish someone can at least have the courtesy to tell me when the food is not fresh, so that I can chose to buy or not
