I ordered takeaways at approximately 16h45 on the 27th May 2022. The patties had no basting sauce. The "full" portion nachos only filled half the container, I am sure it was a half portion although I was charged for a full portion.

To add further to the unpleasant experience, I was refused additional French fry dressing as there were already 2 sachets in the packet.

I regret wasting my money at your establishment and most certainly regret giving the Waitron a tip as I had only discovered the poor food quality when I arrived home. .

Today I had the freshest most scrumptious salad and a plate of wings. I love this Spur and always feel at home here.

Great place but today you messed up. I ordered a 350g T-Bone (M)with veggies for take away. When I got home I got a well done hard T-Bone with chips and onion rings. Really now????

Very bad service , having to wait more than 15 minutes to place an order, until.i walked from table 27 to Reception to ask for attention after , as that was not enough , order eventually came my 2 year old was served fish fingers but i ordered viennas, i,m very Dissappointed with Beacon Spur...you guys need to pull up ur socks or we drive all the way to Vincent because they know the meaning of the customer service...

I had a tasty rib burger. Very filling and messy. I mean, it's a fake rib pattey thing but it was still good. Friendly staff too
