The staff is not helpful at all. I wanted to get an item that was high up on the rack, I couldn't find anything that I would get it with, I looked around for a staff member that could help me but I didn't see any on the floor. Turns out that all the staff members that are meant to assist people were all huddled up by the fitting rooms chatting.

Staff lack professionalism, the layout of the store needs to be relooked at as it could do with a change. They should look into making announcements throughout the day eg. Trading hours, announcing that the store will be closing in the next 30min - allowing customers to wrap up their browsing and head to the till pay point etc. Have someone at the door to sanitize customers hands and to ensure that everyone who enters the store has a mask on. They were mopping the floors while I was busy shopping u0026 had no sign up. Very unprofessional.
